Meet Dr. Rajiv Parti

“Wellness is within each one of us, and therefore total health and wellness is within each one of our grasp.”
-Dr. Rajiv Parti

I speak these words as a physician with over 30 years of clinical experience working with patients as a pain management specialist, as well as a recovered patient of cancer, septic surgery, depression and dependence on pain management medication.

Rajiv Parti, M.D.

It is my observation that in the pursuit of wellness, our actions should firstly nurture our Spirit Self.

Whether modern medicine has all the evidence we need to prove it as yet or not, the reality is that the human being is more than just a body. And if we want to achieve lasting physical, mental and emotional wellness, we must first create an awareness of the existence of a part of our Self that may not be run though ECGs, fMRIs, biopsies or blood tests – but that exists nonetheless – and then, secondly, we must commit to disciplined stewardship and care of that aspect of the Self: only then will wellness be experienced in the physical, mental or emotional aspects of our self.

It is my firm conviction that one cannot achieve total wellness or sustained health without understanding that there is a dimension to wellness that comes from beyond the physical care of the body.
